Opinons needed on VB mod for 2k2 Automatic SE

Hey guys I'm looking to have this mod done to my car. Any pro's and con's. I drive the car a little agressively and I was told that It will prolong the life of my tranny. Jeff of max tuning on LI will do the job. I know he has an excellant rep. here, so all opinions are welcome. I really don't race the car and he told me that he can do this mod to accomodate my style of driving. What do you guys think? If done will the gears clunk or engage smoothly. I don't want eratic shifts. Thanks all.

I blew 2 Trannies on my Mustang with a VB mod from B&M.. I have stated this before.. I finally went with a 5 speed conversion... Its just my opinion... but I stay away from them. I know a lot of Max owners are happy with them..
