For those uncomfy w/modified KYB's....

emailed KYB on this, in my opinion, extremely late availability for 5th gens....email resopnse:

My Email:
Will there be any replacement shocks/struts available for the 2002 maximas...as far as i'm under the understanding, the only available setup has been to modify 95-99 along with the 95-99 strut mounts. i personally don't like using modified because of the weight difference. if anything, i'd just like to know when they will become available as i am friends with quite a few maxima owners and they would be curious to know as well...thank you.

Respone:
Marco,
KYB is currently developing parts for this model. They will be released in our 2003 catalog. Parts will be available early Summer 2003.

looks like we still have a long ways to go...that's annoying. dont' really know if anyone cares..i personally do but hey, no ones had problems with the modifieds as of yet, so not like it's a bad thing. but just in case someone was wondering when they would be released, there's your answer.

Go for Tein, if you got more $$$ to spend, JIC it is. You will be way more happy with those instead of spring/shocks(AGX) combo.
