2K2 SE Mudflaps/body kit question

Just wondering if anyone has little gaps between their body color mudflaps and ground effect looking thing under the doors where they meet the body panels. I got rearended last week and I think that my mudflaps on all four wheels and the ground effects looking thing aren't on right. I think these are attached to the car via adhesive and bolts, is this right? I think they may have been knocked loose due to the impact of the accident. I don't remember noticing these gaps while washing and waxing my car. I guess I'm trying to save a trip to the dealer to look at a new one to compare to mine. Besides I think I might be looking at the car with an overly critical eye after being involved in the fender bender. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I don't know if this will help, but you can check out my homepage and take a look at the side profile of my max. I had to resize the pic a bit so bandwidth wouldn't be compromised, but if you want, I can also e-mail you the original shot, which is a lot bigger in file size. Basically, you'll get a rough idea through comparison what does and doesn't look right.

No I don't have any gaps between my mudgaurds and side skirts. Take the trip to the dealer...
