Remote Window Rolldown on 2k1

How would one get the remote window rolldown on a 2k1 GXE? If its cheap i'll get it done but how much would it be? I've seen something online for like $15 per window motor or something like that.

i got quoted for about 80 bucks with install at best buy. they said it would only do the front two windows but it would put them up and back down. some only go down.
