I30 and I35 front clear turn signals

The HIDs in the I30t are a little different than the I30, we have a huge ugly orange piece in the turn signal. I noticed the 35s just have an orange bulb. Is there any way I can remove that?

What the touring headlights look like for I30(Not my car, switched grill, the car in this pic is an I30)

Also for the "I" guys seeing this; The Maxima's around the world look like (practically are) I30s (except in the USA, Canada) Would there be a foreign aftermarket parts site for clear corners for the I?

What the regular I30 looks like (notice the turn signals aren't so ORANGE)
Normal I30 (looks a little better)

http://images.cardomain.com/installs...51_12_full.jpg

Can I just open up my headlight and take that orange peice out? Or would that be bad for the HIDs?

actually my i30 has a orange cover in the headlights. but it does look better. i have seen those headlights that rsversion sells. there are two rings with white leds in them with the turn signals cleared. i think sycefiro still has them.

You guys should both paint your sidemarkers body color, since no clears are available. Look on my hompage for pics of it

I believe they're the same as the ones I have now that came with the sport package.

BTW - if any of you end up getting those headlights, let me know if they're halogen or HID assemblies. Those were posted a while back but I think someone called and found out they were made for halogen low beams. If that's the case, I think I'll stick with mine and my OEM HIDs.

I'm so with you. You know the other thread with the front lip pieces on the Australian maxima? I even went to Aussie Nissan's site and tried to email a dealer about buying parts and having them shipped here. Does anyone have any Australian connections? That might be our best bet for Cefiro-bodied accessories, seeing as it seems an Asian connection is virtually impossible. And the ones that do have them are unwilling to help..

Correct. I think the nija body kit might fit ours but its tooo ugly for my liking. i was thinking of buying a rear stillen section of the body kit and then maybe buy the front and have it somehow customly fitted. but i doubt that'll happen anytime soom.

Parts for our car exist, though in order to get these parts it seems that we're going to have to do it ourselves. Does anyone know people in Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan (maybe), or any other country that gets the A33 Cefiro/I30/I35? They may be able to source parts for our cars. It would even be better that way we wouldn't have to go through an importer and their premiums (hopefully).

I'm trying to get my dad's coworker to bring stuff back for me from Hong Kong, or at least put me in contact with the right person to talk to. I was peeking around Nissan's Hong Kong site and found a page full of Cefiro accessories:

http://www.nissan.com.hk/html/acc_cefiro_frame.htm

Some of them are pretty interesting, particularly that "front protector." It almost looks like a front lip. If anyone could find the two front lip pieces on the Aussie Maxima ST-R that would be great too.
