Just got four new tires on sunday replacing my stock toyo proxes ao5's. the front two were BALD after one year and 17k miles. I did my research and found a place that was open on sunday (i had to come back to school), and got:

Sumitomo HTR+
225-50-16

Thats not stock size, 215-55-16, but there were no good tires in that size and the speedo is only like 1.5% off with this. God, i lvoe these tires. Z rated, they are amazing. Grip difference is huge, i can now take sweeping corners at almost 20mph faster before i get that sixkening i'm gonna lose control feeling. I havebn't tried peeling out yet, just cause they're brand new right now, but I'd be surprised if i could even chirp these things. The car handles, rides, and just feels better.

The best part is, NTB wanted 570 for the four and install, then i went across the street to sears and got it all done for 430...
