Replacing stock rims....help

I plan on replacing my stock rims. I have a 2002 Grey Lustre color SE model.
I want to go with an 18", but need to know if there is anything I should consider before moving from the stock rim???
Also, what are the most attractive rims for this model? I want sporty, but not too flashy. Thanks

Consider not going to an 18" rim. They ride pretty hard because there's not much rubber left to cusion your car's suspension from the road.

18's aren't that bad at all, cause I have had them for almost a year. Of course the ride will change a little, but it's not that bad. Plus the new look to your car will make you forget about the change.

Finally...a few other folks to ADMIT that

changing to anything larger than 17" will create some sort of negative impact to the ride quality!

Am I correct to assume that you have factory struts and springs?

I think these wheels would look tight as **** on the max. Nice but not too flashy. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/image..._ssl_ci3_l.jpg

The ride isnt that bad on 18"s. I've had them for quite a while now, and I actually upgraded to 19"s. Its not as bad as they say. Here is a pic of these wheels on an Audi.
