1997 - 2003 Maximas all have the exact same RT cat listed for them. hat should mean that the same test pipe fits them all.

Yes, it will fit, but my test pipe came with a bung opening for an O2 sensor. Try to tell the fabricator that you don't need the bung.. (Of course, a little bung now and then never hurt 
)
