lockout to shift into neutral

Can anyone tell me how to use the lockout to shift my 2k Maxima into neutral. The ignition has locked up and I need to move the car. Thanks
Fran

Ok I see the cover do I pry it with a screw driver. It doesn't want to move for me.

When I get the cover off is it a switch that I'm looking for?

Thanks for your time
