I'm confused about how he gets from step 3 to step 4, and what/where is that a picture of in step 4?

I'm not installing a Basslink but I am running my own amp kit.

It's behind the wheel fender liner. There is a huge rubber grommet you can poke your wire through.

super old thread but i hoping you could identify the what color the remote wire ,and pos and neg speaker lines are on bose units? I have a qx4 which is basically a pathfinder and I want to find the remote wire within 1-2 tries so I dont compromise the factory bose and my basslink. Should be similar, thanks!
