Has anyone seen these new rims at Discount Tires for the 5th Gens? They look pretty hot but I can't find any other sites with more pix...

I'm not really sure...I remember reading around 25-26 pounds a piece for the 17's. I wasn't really looking for a light weight rim. Just wanted something that looked good

I'll break it down for you:

$650 for the headlights
$75 for the wiring harnesses and parts
$12 for the LED's
$6 in paint to paint them black
and a few bloody knuckles

Yes, I have HID's. When Nissan first released the 2002 maxima's, they screwed up on the pricing of the headlights. When they first released you could pick them up from the dealer for a little over $300 a side. I was lucky enough to get one of these sets (I was the third or fourth person on this forum to do the 2K2 HID upgrade). As soon as Nissan realized their mistake (about 3 weeks), they jacked the prices up, almost tripling them in price. Now, the prices are beginning to go back down again, but you will probably never be able to find another set straight from the dealership for as low a price as me and a few other people got

Yes, my maxima does feel slower running 18's. Plus, I went with all season sumiomo's instead of high performance summer tires, so my car doesn't feel as stable anymore either.

But I sure do love the way they look

May I know what calipers do you have on your car ? Are those the 300ZX calipers ?

If you don't mind, is the offset for those rims +44 or +38 ? Tires.com shows those 2 offsets for your rims. I'm just curious as to what kind of rims can clear the 300ZX calipers.
