is southwest autoworks still in business?

I sent something back to them a week ago. UPS shows it delivered but I have not gotten any email back from Alex. I also just tried calling them and there was no answer. Any body know if they are still open?

There are only two guys that run the place and they are always on the phone when I go in there, so chances are that they were on the other line or out in the parking lot looking at someone's car. They are in business. Call them. 602-795-1800

got a hold of them

Something was funny with the phone lines and they hadn't returned my email in several days. Everything is straightened out now. Thanks.

I had a problem with my FSTB and when I emailed them, I received a response from the in minutes, also Alex offered to gimme money back, or send few washers to make the FSTB fit better. U must have called at a wrong time. Their service in my opinion is very good i got the bar in 5 days Unlike Frankencar 3 days and still waiting for my mid pipe
