Opinions: Possible new wheels on 2k2 SE

I am thinking of upgrading my stock wheels to Axis - Wheel Site Mesh 2. My friend is selling these 19" X 8 rims(no tire) for $1200, for a set of 4. He has used the wheels for 2-3 months, no visible scratch. I could probably bargain with him and get the rims for around $1000-1100. Should I buy them? Does anyone happen to have 5th gen Maximas on these wheels? I would appreciate it if someone could post pictures of the car with the wheels. Thanks.

Posting pics of the wheels generally helps.

Personally, I think that they would look sick on a 5th gen only if it was dropped a bit. I would buy them in a heartbeat.

You cant go wrong with mesh. But you would want to drop it after you slap on the 19".

Spring or Coil-over?

I am concerned with the low ride and the "bumpy" effect of having H&R coil-overs that my friend has on his accord 2002. Anyway, what brand of spring/coil-over would you recommend me to buy to avoid the "bumpy" effect?

None of the springs available for the Max drop it low enough for that to occur. Look this pic of my car with Maxspeeds...., and 19's

Kloogy,
I checked your homepage at cardomain.com and saw your lighting on page 3. Are they all PIAA Super plasma white bulbs?

Do NOT get 19"s without having springs. That will look like hell.

I really like the Axis WSM rims. I think they look tight, and 19x8 is a good size. If you can get your friend to lower the price, even better!
