is this a good deal?

I saw an ad for a fully loaded(expt nav) 02 max se for $20,800 w/ only 6300 miles on it.(auto unfortunealy) but it seems like a really good deal. what do u guys think?

thats the same car i bought, but i got a 6spd, and i paid 25.8K(new). Its a good deal, i wouldnt get it if it was a demo though. we all know what we do to demo cars!
