I would like to know if anyone can tell me if there is a company that makes a dash kit for installing aftermarket head units that will match the dark metallic charcoal in the center dash.TIA.

 

Scosche makes a kit and Crutchfield. Org members seem to agree that Scosche's kit is better than Crutchfield's. Though it's not exact color match.

i didnt see your post b4 posting a similar one, you mustve done it 2 seconds b4 me. anyway i have the scosche one and its charcoal but it sucks in fit and finish, im lookng for something else

 

I have one too, and I'm having problem setting it up (has to do with drilling holes in it). But I know that some members have it and it works for them. If you find anything better - let me know.

 

Ive been considering getting the metra or crutchfield kit and covering it with a molded dash kit, any opinions?

 

Get a GXE Vent+pocket assembly from 2k/2k1. It will accomodate either one DIN unit and a pocket or 2 DIN units.
