Good Nissan Service

Just wanted to say something good about nissan service...

On my 1 month 03 SE, the dim SES light came on. I brought in for service and as many of you have said, the instrument cluster and such has to be changed. They told me to bring it back on Tuesday, and that the job will take about three days; they want a nissan tech to come in and check it, and so on.

I called nissan customer service, and without any hassle whatsoever, they will be giving me a rental car for those days.

Pain in the tush for the car, but at least they will be taking care of the problem completely.

Did you buy the extended warranty? I'm curious because when i brought my car in for 3 days they wouldn't give me a rental for that reason.

Everytime I have been in for service I got a rental to. I have had great luck with Nissan service in two different states.

Hi,

No extended warranty. Customer Service just said that they can understand the inconvenience for such a new car. The dealer cannot authorize this, you need to call nissan.

Wow 3 days, the dealer only took one day for me and they always and I mean always give me a loaner car. I love my dealer, I can call them up the day before I want to come in and they will have a loaner car with a full tank of gas ready for me, no questions asked.
