leather care

On my 03 Max...the leather seems dry. I need to know what is a good leather conditioner to use and how often to use it? I used Lexol on my previuos Max but did't care for the fragrance. Any suggestions?

Lexol is the best in my opinion. Either that or use many the MOTHERS ones.

Give the Meguiar's Gold Class leather wipes a try. The leather feels soft and supple after application and lasts quite awhile. The wipes have a nice fragrance also.

Ive tried these wipes and they only last for a month. It doesnt get enough into the leather. And seems more watery than oily solvents going into the leather.

The dealer's leather treatment will probably last 4-6 months but after that I strongly reccommend the use of Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner. In fact the dealer probably just used Lexol as well. For me the Lexol does not have any sort of odor. Just make sure the conditioner is new since over time any sort of oily substance will begin to smell. But when that conditioner is new, there should be no smell whatsoever. If you have anymore questions about it just ask me.

Anyone have any comments on the Zaino products? I know alot of people rave about the paint care products and was curious if the leather care stuff rated as highly.

As many others will say, Lexol is great stuff! I started using it about a year after I got my max and my seats still look great! I wish that I started using it sooner, because the stuff that I was using was too harsh on my seats.

I use Griot's leather care. Works great, and smells like leather.
