However, with HLSD, there would still be spin, just not as much. And the steering wheel wouldn't try to snap out of your hand. Don't get me wrong, you'd feel it, but it wouldn't be too bad.
Also, lifting the car up and spinning the wheels aren't going to prove anything. It is LIMITED slip, not a locking differential. Even with LIMITED slip you will get counter rotation.
