MAF Adapter?

MAF Adapter?
Is it possible to buy just a MAF adapter? The reason I ask, I have three different CAI's with filters just sitting in my garage,(off of my other cars) and looking at what is offered for the Max' it seems fairly easy for me to make one,(I have checked the diameters and they all match) and I have looked around for buying just a adapter, with no success. On my old car you could simply buy a MAS adapter for a filter attachement and go from there-and I was wondering if you folks knew if the same holds true with a Max?
