Tint poll : Light front, dark rear or Uniform?
I have 50% front, 35% everywhere else. I too, was concerned about the law. I'm still illegal per NY law, but the front is a little lighter although not that much. If I could do it again, I'd think I'd do 35% all around, or maybe 20% on the back window. I have the Frost interior and that also has an effect on the perception of the tint from the outside. If you have a dark interior, the tint will look darker.

i like having same shades all around, but in california, that's not legal.
it used to be a fix-ticket....but now, the "occifers" will give you a ticket worth $76 and a point on your driver's record. now that's some horse-sshiit!!
ok.....for my tint...the back is about 25% and the front tint is lighter than the rear....i almost got pulled over for my tint already....i just got a ticket for the rear clear markers....THANK GOD~~~~!!

Opinions?

35% ALL SIDES
As dark as you want on the rear......
So, I would do what I did....35% sides, and 18-20% rear. That is what I had on my max and it was perfect.
I just went 5% all the way around at first, but a $97 ticket for each window made me remove it all and just put 35% all the way around. Anybody know what the law is in Washington? I want to slap on some 20's or 5's on the rear window, for all those SUV driving ****'s with the high beams blaring

The different shades makes the front tint not noticeable.
Just proud of what I drive.
