I have just finished a writeup on a H3 Philips Conversion for the 2000+ Maxima Foglight. I have a 1Mb .PDF file for anyone who can host it for me. There's plenty of pictures in the file. The difference is like "night and day".

Look in the sticky, there is a howto from a long time ago.

 

I am hoping there is a different way. The one in the sticky is a superior pain in the rump!
