TRY Again -- WTF? Rear Suspension Bottoms But TSB Doesn't Cover It?

My 2k2 SE bottoms out on bumps whether I'm driving fast or slow. When it was getting serviced last week, I asked the dealer to look at it and mentioned the TSB I found for the GLE/GXE which addressed a similar problem. When I picked up the car, the dealer informed me that the TSB didn't cover the SE and that the suspension checked out within spec. However, the car still bottoms out and it's affecting the way I drive the car. What can be done about this?

What's the TSB #? It must be the SE sport-tuned suspension that "hugs" the road...

Thanks for the specifics of the TSB. The service manager said it doesn't apply to the SE. What is the fix for the problem anyway?

Anybody have the TSB for this one? The suspension on my 2K2 GLE bottoms out quite a bit. I'd like to see what it says...

Thanks!

I have had both a 2k GXE and now a 2k2 SE. The GXE never bottomed out. The first thing I noticed about the SE was how bad it bottomed out in the rear. Oh well, new springs will be going on soon.
