How do you get the rear door covers off???

How do you get the rear door covers off???
I just spend nearly 2 hours with a guy trying to figure out how to get the rear door cover off of my 2K2. It will not budge!! Will somebody please post the easiest way to do this? If you need to know the point, it's so I can get to the speakers.
