Are Hiper Plazma Xenon lights any good?

Has anyone had any experience with the above lights? I've seen them all over ebay such as here.

Here's a pic from the above auction. I've seen them go for $20-30 and if they're good I think I'll try them.

keep in mind

if the wattage is low and the tint is dark then it'll look cool with the blueish tint but then is gonna not be as bright.. i say go with piaa.. they have a lighter tint. but it's more of a purple tahn blue.. so just think darker tint need higher wattage. higher wattage means excessive heat, then no more head light housing nor wires. uhohhhh... but i've heard some stuff bout those lights.. no one recomended them so i guess it's not too great. besides i think that's a h7 bulb.. so single filliment.. or was it h3

I've tried a few other lights that cost under $40 bucks.. and they dont last very long.
Over a year ago I spent the 90 bucks for PIAA bulbs and they are still burning strong.. Next time, Ill spend the money for the good lights.
You get what you pay for.
