custommaxima??

i ordered a set of M9 bulbs for my turn signals because that's what the chart on custommaxima said i should get...but they dont fit...the stock bulbs have a flat bottom..and the ones that i got from custommaxima have a round bottom (flat base vs. circular base). did i just order the wrong bulbs? or is the chart on custommaxima wrong? and if so...do u think they will exchange? (only one is opened).

i have a 2k3 if that makes any difference.

I hope you had the orange reflector removed or you are wasting your money buying bulbs for the turn signals

M4 bulbs goes in the "running light" not turn signal, if you look at the picture closely

i ordered clear corners front and rear with 3 pairs of poglar h4 bulbs( 4 bulbs for the corners and 2 for the parking lights) shipping charge was outrageous, i got the package a week and half later with no bulbs i called and notified them of the mistake they said they are on back order? i think if its not instock they should state that cause i would have bought them somewhere else, but whatever, so i install the fronts then begin the the backs and the whole where the bulb housing goes was disformed and off center and unable to instal, so i called again they grilled me thinking i had no idea what i was doing, but realized i was probably right so they said return it and we will look into and if so replace them...so i had to pay for the shipping back to them because they gave me a defective product! i originally placed this order on the 9th on jan and its the 28th and i still have not recieved my 2 back lights, i recieved the bulbs last thurs......this whole ordeal cost me more money than what it was worth, it might sound like im *****ing but i look at it like this ...its there JOB is to serve there customers, customer service means alot to me, i paid them so now they should do right by me, especially being a first time customer ,but thats apparently not the case....IMO the customer service there is poor at best and i personally will never order from them again....but thats just my opinion!~

and yes i have the plastic pieces to replace the orange (ordered from tap plastics)...i wanted to check and see if the bulbs fit before i started taking apart my headlight..and guess what...they DON'T!
and i have still YET to hear from them...i want a refund or a replacement..
and to the guy who received his order late....same thing happened to me...i was kinda ****ed that they didn't say beforehand that the bulbs were on backorder...i used to think their customer service was good...but my recent encounter with them leads me to think otherwise....i dont think i'll be ordering from them again...i hope the dude reads this...YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!..and your shipping is too expensive!

man im having problems with them too. I ordered ONE pair of polarg M4 bulbs BEFORE CHRISTMAS and i STILL havent recieved them. I got an email saying they recieved my payment. then i waited, and waited, and waited...no bulbs. i emailed them and they said they would get back to me after i told them what the name and address on the MO was...well i did that and then the guy sent me an email stating that "your order was shipped out today" and that was almost a month ago at least. so i guess its safe to say im not getting that ONE pair of bulbs i paid $14 for! and yeah shipping is unbelievable...my bulbs were $7 + $7 shipping...i mean how much can 2 little M4 bulbs weigh?? like less that half a pound?? i can ship front clears w/ bulbs priority mail for $5.35 and they charge $7 to ship 2 tiny *** bulbs...whats up with that?? I dont think ill order from them again either. I think someone should post a link to THIS thread in the Dealership and Vendor Experiences Board...just a thought, it might help them see how dissatisfied a good bit of their customers are.

hey bro ...do yourself a favor, call them and speak to them directly, this will speed things or atleast get some answers to what the situation might be, ive called accouple times arleady and got some decent explanations and some BS stories like they will be at your door tomorrow and still dont come, but in my one and only horrible experience with them if you dont get a email with a tracking number you wont be getting anything anytime soon....im sure that alot of people are having problems with them cause they told me that they got alot of returns in the past week paticularly with lighting and bulbs...but emailing them will only slow things down....heres the direct # - 1-800-806-5798

I had a similar experience with them before Christmas. I ordered my clears and 2 sets of polarg bulbs for the clears on the 4th of December. I received the clears on the 11th, but the bulbs were not there. So I called immediately and talked to someone. He told me that he was personally going to the warehouse to ship them as soon as he got off the phone with me. So a week goes by and I still don't have my bulbs... I call on the 18th to check up on the bulbs and am told that they were just sent out that very day. However, Dave apologized profusely and told me he would "hook me up" next time I ordered from them. I finally received my bulbs Christmas Eve - 20 days after placing the order.

Dude can I make a suggestion if your going to buy bulbs why not just go to your local car shop and buy them. I mean why flame on thenm if you can get bulbs from R & S Strauss.
