Maxima vs Crossfire?

Anybody know who would win?

Have you guys seen the Crossfire commercial, it looks kinda cool.

What kind of engine does it have and what can we as Max owners expect as far as competition from this car?

"The Chrysler Crossfire is powered by a supercharged 2.7-liter, 275 horsepower (205 kW), 270 lb.-ft. (366 Nom) V-6 engine coupled to a five-speed manual transmission. The custom independent short-and-long-arm front and rear suspension uses coil springs placed over the shock absorbers. The Crossfire is estimated to achieve 60 mph. (97 kph) in 5.8 seconds and a top speed of 148 mph. (238 kph)."

Its a pretty nice looking ride except for Celine Dion all up in it

That's what most people say about our Max but it still doesn't answer the question.

well, the supercharged version was for the show...they're now saying a normally aspirated 3.2 liter motor from the MB320 will find its place in the engine bay coupled to a '6' speed, not 5.

Since it isn't going to be supercharger and it's going to use that MB engine, will it still be able to hand the 2k2/2k3 it @$$?

That car, I think, was designed to compete with the SLC 430, G35 Coupe, 350Z....
Notice how all of those cars look SIMILAR.

I DO like how it has 19's in the back and 18's in the front. It looks sharp, but I will keep my Max

5.5 maxima 6 speed would destroy the crossfire!
my brothers 2003 accord v6 6 speed with bolt ons put 2 cars on the supercharged one.
and a 5th gen maxima 5 speed vq35 with just intake & exhaust put 2-3 cars on his accord.
crossfire would get a nice hurtin'
