Tonight on UPN 9 news there was a story on stolen 2k2 HID's. Maybe now this will get Nissan's attention. They showed a guy who's lights as stolen twice and a dealership that had some cars on their lot victimized. Someone even stated he might sell his car and get something else.

 

Either that or they will get stolen even more.

They steal HIDs off of virtually any car that's come with it stock (ie Lexuses, Acuras etc... Maximas are just one of the unfortunate.

If you want to prevent your HIDs from being stolen, move to some farmtown where you're alone for atleast 5miles..

 

Yup, and don't even think of driving the max into town to get groceries, cause that's when they'll get you.

Sort of related...My Alti has HID's Can you tell by looking from the outside if a car is equipped with them? Just a yes or no...don't give details.. to potential thieves
