Ive seen them on a few 5th gen max's but i cant find the manufacturer that makes them. ive been searching.. anyone know? it covers everything but the 2 circles where the signal/brake light and the reverse light is. it is also paintable

 

You could PM BigDogJonx as I believe he had them, but I also think that they are illegal.

 

LOL.Those are 00-01 stock tails that you have been seeing, they are not covers.

BigDog did not have covers, he had painted his tail lights black.

i know they are covers i looked real hard, they were painted plastic. a friend of mine has similar covers on his cougar, maybe ill ask him who makes them.
