Acceleration problem after tranny flush

I just had a 30K done at my local dealer on my 2K. They said my tranny fluid was prett dirty, so they recomended a full flush. Since having that done, a few times while accelerating, from first to second, or maybe second to third, the car hiccups, like it slips or something. Is this a serious issue, or should I just get used to it? Should I be worried that they had to flush my transmission fluid at only 30K?

Check the fluid level. If the level looks ok, there is also a TSB for tranny slipping. You may want to take back to the shop.
