I'm looking at an '00 maxima. I thought there was supposed to be VIN numbers on all the major body parts? I can't find any numbers on this one (not on the inner lip of the fenders or the doors). Also, the shiny dark grey body color turns flat on none external surfaces (like the inner lip of the fenders). Yet it doesn't look like it's been painted. Should I run away or is this normal? Any help appreciated!
