Polarg License Plate Bulb Issues

Has anyone been hassled by the police for these, they look kinda blue. It's daytime though, I'll see if I like them tonight, just wondering how other people like em.

A cop mentioned to me that I was supposed to have white lights in but never wrote me up for em.

Do they light up the plate enough for you guys?

light the plate up just fine. No trouble from cops so far.

why do you guys buy these? I don't want a brighter whiter light on my plates! I try to keep it as dim as possible

I'm not trying to make the light brighter, I'm just trying to match it with my bumper lights and everything else. In fact, I think the "white" light is harder to see than the regular bulbs.
