Full Exhaust?

I have a custom over the axal exhaust system...i live in michigan and this auto performance parts store told me that a cat back exhaust would be too much for my 03 Maxima...he claimed that i needed a turbo to run the cat back or something ...is that true? I noticed because alot of you have cat back exhaust systems..

Bull, Greddy Evo has a Catback, Cattman has a catback, Stillen has a Catback. All a Catback is a Bpipe and the muffler. It is everything from a catalytic convertor back tot he muffler.

The only thing I could think is perhaps he was refering to the size, say 3" for 10psi plus, 2.5 for boost under 10psi, and 2" for n/a. Really thats all that makes sence.
