Off Center Rotor ???

I have a 2000 SE with 75K miles and decided to replace the front rotors and pads with the slotted rotors from the 4 for 200 forum deal and some axxis metal pads. I used the advice of the numerous postings in the 5th gen forum and made sure I didn't forget anything. Everything went smoothly, I cleaned all the parts and greased in all the appropriate areas and even torqued all the bolts to spec even the wheel lugnuts. I took the car out for a spin to break them in correctly and noticed that I have some very bad brake judder. The front end even vibrates slightly when I don't use the brakes. So I thought I did something wrong. I took everything apart and checked for something out of the ordinary and could find no problems. So I put everything back together and even sanded the pads so that I could try to rebed them onto the rotors. I took the car out once more and the car vibrates like hell. Could the rotors be off center somehow? Any advice? Even if you could point me to a previous post I would much appreciate it.

It turns out all I had to do was turn the brand new rotors and everything was fine. Has anyone else had to do this with these rotors?
