Custom License Plates, Yes or No?

Hello to All,

Does anyone have a custom license plate? I'm thinking of getting one
for my Black 2K SE. Anyone got any ideas?
I was thinking:

BLK MAX
or
MAX JAG

Maybe I'll just save $25 and get what they give me.

I struggled whether or not to get one and decided not to for a couple reasons:

1) I don't want my car to be that easily recognized.
2) I tend to p^iss people off REALLY bad if they cut me off or something on the highway (ie: slam on my brakes to a dead stop) and I didn't want someone to find my car in a parking lot and key it up.
3) I didn't like the thought of my g/f seeing my custome plate some where and saying "What were you doing there?" (in the case of another girls driveway)
4) I am under the impression that cops will be more prone to give you a ticket with a personalized plate, but that is just my opinion.

Just some things to consider.

My plates are custom plates... they say "Desert Storm Veteran" with a United States Marine Corps sticker in the middle... plus a number and "US" next to it. They actually DO help when it comes to law enforcement. I've had troopers pull up to me and motion me to slow down... I give them the thumbs up and comply. Of course, this only works when you are going 10 or 15 over... otherwise, you're still cooked.

Thanks for your advice. I'm not getting one b/c of those reasons.
I wouldn't like to have all that attention focused on my car.
I'll just have to go with whatever the DMV will give me and I'll
save the money and buy some stickers!!!
