I have been doing a lot of stop light racing lately and the only cars to beat me where some wrxs and some rsx type-s . In total i have raced 2 wrxs and it really wasn't that bad of a beating. Then i have raced 2 rsx type s. I didn't know they where so fast, but also close races. Are hond civic del sol and fast? because i killed one of those the other day and he was like wow, i thought you car was a lot slower than that. I got one more question, i have an intake an udp right now. I think my 0-60 is somewhere in the high 6's low 7's. If i add a y-pipe have much difference would there be?

 

those wrx's are pretty fast. i raced a friend of mines and lost 3 times, won once.

The Del Sol Vtec is only fast if it is has the DOHC engine in it. With some bolt on it they can easily run 13-14's. The SOHC del sols are dogs.

I hang with them like they dont totally kill me but still it is a good size gap between me and him, like a cars length or so, but closer with a rsx. I have a 2000 auto w/ udp and frankencar. The race between me and the rsx have been good ones. I win off the line til about 20 or so then he just starts gaining on me. I wish i had a y pipe

 

Yah, I call those RSX-S's holy **** cars. I had a 2k prelude and used to love the vtec, but, when I took a ride in a friends RSX and when that tach hit 5400 I was in holy **** mode, they are fast, no question.
