Need Help Quick!!!

Today on the way to school i noticed slight squeal. Then on the way home from school i was coming out of this corner and stepping on the gas a decent amount and heard this clank clank and i glanced in the rear view to see a black thing rolling behind me. i stopped got out of the car and search for anything that fell out. I found this black disk. I opened the hood and saw the belt for the altenator and the a/c(i think was not on and the tensioner was no fastened. What all does the tensioner consist of? I still have the bolt but it looks like im missing a nut. What does the black disk go to. Thanks for the help.

Did your idler pulley fall off? To get it all back together, you need to get the idler pulley tensioner back in place. It consists of a bracket with a slot that allows the bolt to travel up and down and then the tensioner bolt. Make sure it's not broken... if it is, you can get another tensioner from the dealer. Also keep in mind that there is another tensioner where the power steering pump sits... you need to make sure this is nice and tight as well...
