weird sound under 2k rpm...

sometimes when i accelerate slowly....with the rpm below 2k rpm...i hear this weird sound...i don't know how to describe it...
anyone experience this problem too..??
when the rpm is at 2k or higher it's fine...

Yesterday I noticed that my engine has this whiny sound to it - almost like it has a turbocharger in it. I'm still in the break-in mileage.....not sure what that means.
