upgrade to factory stereo?

Anyone out there have good luck upgrading the factory stereo? I have the non-Bose system and would like to upgrade speakers and dash unit. Any combos that work well? Do they work with the stearing wheel controls? I don't need instructions, just looking for make/models of equipment. Thanks!!

Double post....

Do a search for "steering wheel control". Some people don't get the full functionality back (i.e. either cd player or radio doesn't function exactly right). Go to
crutchfield to get ideas. You can also hook up a Infiniti Basslink to the stock stereo for some added bass.
