Has anyone gone up to the 235/45/17 and had their car lowered using Maxspeeds/Eibach's/H&R's (w/ stock struts)?

As spring approaches in the north east, it's time to shop! I've got the springs, but want to make absolutely sure there will not be a clearance issue with the larger tire.

You'll be perfectly fine.

I'm running H&R springs with 235/45-17 tires(on factory rims) for over a year..problem free.

As far as the stock shocks/struts. You'll kill them in about 5-10,000 miles due to the spring being different. Get new shocks to go with your springs or your going to be paying for a suspension install twice.

I have run on Maxspeeds with the 235/45/17 tires for a over a year now and have NO problems...hope it helps.
