Jiggling Drive Pulleys

I've noticed that a couple drive pulleys and belts on my 2k2 wobble about their axis of rotation. Is a little jiggling normal, or is there something not right here? I'm still trying to figure out whats causing my engine to jump at idle and was wondering if this could be the culprit.

At least that's what Nissan will tell you if there isn't a CEL.
