2003 Nissan maxima hood Vibration

Just bought a 2003 Maxima SE. At high speeds, I noticed my hood looked like it was vibrating. I thought maybe I didn't close it correctly, so I pulled over to the side of the road, but the latch was secure and tight. Is there a TSB on this? Has anyone else had this problem and got it fixed? If so, what is needed by the dealer to fix this or is it something I have to live with?

I have an '02 and have applied the TSB to it. I still get the vibration. I called Nissan Customer Service and they told me I'll just have to live with it (Bull-----t!).

Thanks for the info...What is the TSB Number and where can I get a copy of it to bring to my dealer? Also, what did they do to "so call" fix the problem?

The list below if not already applied:

1) put rubber "seals" on top of the light
2) Rubber bumper near hood latch
3) adjust stopper to no more than 8mm tall.
4) Check hood spars, if loose "glue" them back on

I did all but #4 and solved my problem.
