The description on the site says you can attach it to your hood with foam tape or mechanical fasteners. It's supposed to be pretty easy to do.

Very good, quick and easy to take on and off.
I have a combination of the magnetic bra on the hood, and 3M invisi-sheild on the front bumper, side mirrors, end caps, headlights.
