AE accessory install ?'s

How hard is it to intsall the AE accessories? I'm asking about the 3 pedals (manual) and the shift ****. Is this all plug and play, because the Courtesy web site says "professional installation reccomended", just want to know what I'm getting into.

The pedals slip over the clutch and brake but the gas pedal is a total replacement...but not hard to do. The shift **** im pretty sure just screws in place.
