2K2 and up HID owners. I just bought an 98 Altima for my wife and wondered over to altimas.net and found this thread Maxima HID on 1st gen Altima. Now, I am not accusing anyone of stealing especially given the pics showed the tabs not broken but pay attention to the fact that he said "Got some OEM 2003 Nissan Maxima HIDs from Neo. I didn't really think about where they came from". Now this guy is a Mod on that forum and you'd think he'd act better. On pg4 he said they were not stolen even though his opening post in the thread suggest quite the contrary. Its a sad sad day. First it was the sentra guys now its the altimas. It seems maximas are on their own.

Is said it once and i'll say it again, and mods will probably delete again, these ricer need a dose of their own medicine...say taking back my stolen HIDs...

 

Is it me or do those HIDs look a bit dirty for "out of the box" OEM equipment???...

How are these @$$holes preventing you from getting HIDs?

For the exact reasons mentioned above or honestly I am afraid aggression might get the best of me. Like Biggie once said and I edited. .. there will slow singing and flower bringing if my car alarm starts ringing.

 

I wish I could identify which cars have a legitimately purchased HID kit and which ones were stolen. I'd keep a sledge hammer in the car so I could destroy every stolen headlight I see.
