do you neutral bomb the car alot? something is seriously wrong, drop the AT and get a 5spd already

*******....u went through 3 trannys....thats really bad, im sorry man. I think my first one is on its way out....my tranny fluid is far from red and ive only got 25k on it and its slipping real bad 2nd to 3rd.....maybe time for a 5 speed swap???? anyways good luck.

I know your pain 2 down here!!!! aaaagghhhhh I am not fixing mine until I know the best option, it has been on jackstands since september. I cant decide on swap or serious rebuilt auto this time. I just dont want to feel that slip again, because we know what comes after that.

Wtf..

Remember how I complained about my tranny? It's FINE now. It's likely the cold was keeping the Amsoil too chilly (esp since it was going through the cooler on top of it), and wasn't lubricating properly..

..but I have beaten on it.. like no tomorrow, and for now it's still alive! Almost at 62k miles now...

How much mileage/boost have you got on there?
