I know this probably has been covered b4, but my 2k2 is starting to peel like a freakn snake! I was at the car wash the other day and was washing the freakn paint from off my hood.... so needless to say, a nissan paint rep is coming to look at it. Hopefully I can squeeze a new paint job out of the deal since its starting to chip away from the inside of the doors also! This sucks!

 

I have similar chip off my paint already, Not even half year old car. 2k2 Max Paint suck.

 

huh? whats a paint rep exactly and do u mean Nissan as NNA or a dealer?

 

The dealership just told me to bring it back and a nissan paint rep would come and look at and determine if the car needed to be painted again. Now, as we all no, dealerships can jerk you around....but I swear to beans, if I dont get a resolution, Im going to beat the living sh#t out of my salesman. My freakn car only has 5300 miles on it.....

 

Okay, heres the deal...the so called paint rep from nissan came out and said that my car has been approved to be painted where the nicks and chips are. Its going to the body shop and will have a newly painted hood and some parts of the doors when its all done. So I guess I can live with that.......
