Headlight/ FOGLIGHT SPRAY HELP NEEDED

Does anyone know where i can get this spray.. its transparent... i cant find it anywhere

You mean translucent. If it were transparent, then why use the spray?

Check your local rice shop, or even Pepboys. They should have what you're looking for.
