I have a 2K SE and it appears to have some sort of very mild tint to the side and black glass... Its not aftermarket, its definatley factory... I'm getting my windows tinted and was going to go 20% on the sides, but now I'm thinking i should go 35% intstead so I don't start getting harassed by the cops...

I'm assuming all 2K SEs have this (probably all 5ths gens period), anyone have any advice?

 

yes.....I just purchased my 03, and yes the windows were tinted, but not much at all.

I went 20% all around and love it!!! I wouldn't worry about cops, as long as you don't mess around with the car too much they shouldn't pull you over.

I just wouldn't go darker only because you won't be able to see out at night. If in doubt tho, go 20% back windows and 35% two front windows.
