Oil capicity of 2003 MT

Plannig to replace the transmission oil in my 2003 Maxima SE 6 speed MT with Red Line oil.

Owners manual does not specify volume of the MT. Do any of you know the volume of oil needed for this xfer.

Someone said this exchange would void my warranty, but I find this hard to believe. It that true?

I was told be the dealership 2-7/8 Quarts.
Either way you will need to purchase 3 quarts.
You will be glad you made the switch to Redline.

I forgot to add it will not void the factory warranty.
I dealer put it in for me.
My only concern form the dealership was that the oil had to be 75W90 weight oil.

When it comes to the transmission fluid, you have to fill it up to the point where it starts to overflow out of the fill plug. It's not really possible to "overfill" the transmission. My car happen to take 3 full quarts.
