Stay away from Carlock Nissan, Jackson, TN!!!
I don't want all of you numbskulls hogging up a SUPER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I have had a great experience there. I took my car in last week to get hesitation ECU update, traverse link recall, and wind noise from door fixed. They were very friendly, did not tell me they would "have to recreate problem" or anything. When I returned, they fixed hesitation, but had to order parts. I went back today, and they provided free loaner car with no problem, and when I asked for discount on car wash, service manager (in a tie!) came out and said it was on the house! (normally $21) The service area is also spotless.
Man... I'm in Clarksville, and I've been waiting for someone... he11 ANYONE, to reccomend a good dealership anywhere in TN. Yours is the first good story I've heard about any of them.
Hmmm... would it be worth a two-hour drive???
And seriously now... avoid Matthews Nissan in Clarksville like the plague!!! Those guys are a bunch of idiots. Service manager has worked there for like 30 years. When you ask him a question, and tell him you've been reading about something on an internet forum, he likes to say, "people will tell you anything on the internet". He has absolutely no idea that there is an enthusiast base out here for our cars. Idiot I tell ya!
